CMAT Exam Syllabus
Students must read a question on their computer and select the appropriate response after reading it. The exam is divided into four parts: Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, General Awareness, Language Comprehension, and Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Each section contains 25 questions. There is no break allowed during this test’s 180-minute duration.

How to score 90 percentile in CMAT?
I suggest that students who have yet to achieve more than 100-120 should concentrate on the Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning sections. These students can attempt 10-15 questions in the General Awareness and Language Comprehension sections. This will take a maximum of 30 minutes to solve these sections.
As we know, it is challenging to study the Quants syllabus, especially for non-engineering students. In this case, it would be best if you start solving the basic mathematics for 20-30 minutes every day and focus on the major problems like time and work questions, geometry, pipe and cisterns, etc. This will definitely help to clear your basic concepts and increase your speed.
In addition to Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude, students who wish to score above 200 must also do pretty well in Language Comprehension section. Your objective is to select 10-15 easy questions (vocabulary, grammar, jumbled para, etc.) that can increase your score by approximately 40 marks. Excellent performance in the Language Comprehension section will result in passing 250-point threshold. For this section, students need to read the newspaper daily. You can follow any one newspaper like Indian Express. This will help you to improve your vocabulary, reading, and writing skills. These students must be highly proficient in more basic areas like critical reasoning and comprehensions.
Ultimately, the message is clear for students who aim to score above 300: there is absolutely nothing to escape from! The General Awareness section will be the deciding factor for them. In this section, most of the time, students are very confused related to the syllabus and its preparation strategy. In this case, it would be best if you keep the limited resources. We suggest you to prefer the current affairs booklet for 8 months and read their headlines instead of going into detail. This will help you to cover approximately 400-500 news and articles of the year.
The last and most crucial section, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, is a little tricky to solve. For the static part, I suggest you to start using Chat GPT. Please find the main keywords from the syllabus and search for them in the ChatGPT. This will provide you the detailed information about that particular topic. The current affairs in this section can be solved by using the same tricks in the General Awareness section.
