SNAP 2023 Selection Procedure

1. Shortlisting of candidates: According to the shortlisting procedure, candidates are required to appear in the SNAP 2023 exam and clear the cutoff for further selection procedure. Based on the SNAP 2023 results, candidates will be selected for the Group Exercise, Personal Interview and Written Ability Test.

2. Group Exercise, Personal Interview and Written Ability Test (GE-PIWAT): Candidates have to fill an online application form on the institution’s official website where they want to take admission in MBA program, to participate in GE-PIWAT.

In Group Exercise, candidates are grouped in a team and given a topic on which they need to speak for or against the motion.

XAT 2024 Selection Process

The selection process for XAT 2024 begins with the announcement of results, followed by a cut-off list released by each participating college. Candidates who meet the cut-off will proceed to the selection process, which includes Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and possibly Writing Aptitude Test (WAT) rounds.

Group Discussion (GD)

1. The Group Discussion (GD) round is the initial stage of the selection process for management institutions.
2. Candidates can apply for more than one college and participate in multiple GD rounds.
3. The main purpose of the GD round is to evaluate the candidates’ ability to express their thoughts and understanding of the given topic.
4. Each GD group consists of 7-8 candidates who are given a topic and time to prepare before the discussion.
